Community Update

Spring is here! This is the time of year yard work and lawn maintenance starts back after the dormant season. Regular irrigation, weed killers, and fertilizers should be put out early April. The warm spring weather will jump start the swimming season. The pool is scheduled to open early this year before Easter. Stay tuned for more information in the coming weeks.

As a part of continued efforts to maintain the community appearance and cleanliness I encourage all residents to utilize covered trash cans. Recently we have noticed scattered debris throughout the neighborhood. Using a secure, lidded trash can help to prevent litter from escaping and keeps unwanted rodents away. It’s a simple but effective way of preserving the cleanliness of the community.

Please note that if trash bags continue to be an issue of debris in the community, the Board will likely mandate lidded trash can usage for all residents, to maintain the cleanest environment. The governing documents 2.10Rubbish and debris:

As determined by the Board, no rubbish or debris of any kind may be placed or permitted on the property. Garbage and trash must be kept at all times in covered containers, and such containers must be kept within enclosed structures or appropriately screened from the front view of home.
