Pool Rules Reminder
Published: July 22, 2025
Summer is here and we’re all enjoying the opportunity to cool off in the pool. It’s one of our most valued community amenities, and we want to ensure it remains functional for everyone. Unfortunately, we’ve seen misuse of the pool area that is leading to costly repairs and maintenance. These unexpected expenses place a strain on the HOA budget and may result in increased assessments.
Please note the following important reminders:
NO Balloons are allowed at the pool. Popped balloons have caused damage to the pool motor, resulting in expensive repairs. They are a choking hazard and are frequently found in filters, landscape and concrete making them nearly impossible to clean off in this heat.
Parties are NOT permitted at the pool. Each household can bring up to 3 guests. Please be mindful that the pool is a shared space and not open to the public.
Pool is closed at 9:00 p.m. Please be respectful of the homes that live near the pool.
Trash Before leaving, take a moment to check your surroundings and make sure you’ve taken all your belongings with you. The trash cans in the pool area can quickly fill up- especially when food containers like pizza or delivery boxes are left behind. While the cans are emptied weekly overflowing trash attracts flies, pest, and rodents. Please avoid placing trash on the ground. If the bin is full, take your trash with you and dispose of it properly at home.
It is disappointing to continue to witness the condition in which the pool is being left. Please be respectful of the community and let’s all do our part to maintain a clean space for everyone.
